If it did not fit, or it was not what you expected, it comes back. No argument and no fine print.
Right of withdrawal: 7 days
Online purchases carry a 7 calendar day right of withdrawal from delivery, guaranteed by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Within that window you return it for any reason — including none — and get your money back, shipping included.
Faulty piece
A manufacturing fault can be reported within 30 days of delivery, also under the Consumer Protection Code. Send a photo of the problem with your order number and we settle it by exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
What condition it must come back in
Unworn, unwashed, tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. A piece worn at a festival does not come back as new, and we cannot resell it.
How to request
The request starts from your shop account, where the order was placed — that is where the return label and the tracking come from.
